General

The provisions of these Regulations apply in the relationship between the Customer and the NAPRAWCZESC.PL Website and define the conditions and rules under which the company provides services to Customers.

Any deviations from the Regulations or additional conditions shall apply only if they have been agreed in advance between the Contractor and the Customer in writing under pain of nullity.

  1. The company provides intermediary services cooperating with services performing repairs in accordance with the customer’s instructions and sells in the field of car parts.

Privacy Policy – Data Protection

  1. The data of each client is entered into the company’s system using a form on the naprawczesc.pl website, which is filled in by the person or company ordering the service. The Company has the right to access the content of personal data and the possibility of correcting it.
  2. The administrator of personal data within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data provided by the Customers in order to provide them with services subject to these Regulations is North-IT Dawid Okoń. The Service Provider, as the administrator of this data, cares about their security and in particular protects against unauthorized access.
  3. All data of the Customer are collected and processed by the Service Provider in order to properly provide services in accordance with the regulations, in particular in the scope of proper invoicing, transfers, correct completion of declarations and documents in order to settle the Service Provider with the Customer for the services provided.
  4. The Service Provider may process, m.in. the following personal data of the Customers: surname and first name, company data in the scope of proper invoicing, registered address and correspondence address. Electronic addresses of the customer, bank account number and recordings of incoming and outgoing telephone conversations, in which arrangements between the customer and the contractor are concluded.

Service

  1. Before ordering the repair, the customer is obliged to contact the company by phone or e-mail to confirm the offer. This can also be verified via the website naprawczesc.pl in the selection menu or in the “services” tab.
  2. In the case of ordering a service without prior checking of the offer, the service has the right to charge the customer with additional costs of handling the order.
  3. Ordering a service or ordering a product takes place via the company’s website naprawczesc.pl by filling out the appropriate form. After placing an order, each customer receives an individual order number, which must be used.
  4. The real repair time always depends on the type of part and the diagnosis made.
  5. Verification of parts is paid regardless of the diagnosis.
  6. Diagnosis is always associated with interference in the part, which may be associated with a deterioration of its condition. The Contractor is not responsible for the condition of the part if no repair is made.
  7. After diagnosing the part, the customer contacts the customer to confirm the possibility of repair and costs.
  8. In the case of repairs, these components become the property of the service performing the repair.
  9. Repair of modules that cannot be tested by services is considered complete when the customer confirms that the module works correctly on his vehicle, provided that the vehicle in which the part is installed is fully operational.
  10. The service is not responsible for the loss of software data contained in damaged drivers.

Payment

  1. Payment is made after the service performed via courier by sending a cash on delivery package, but this does not exclude the possibility of payment by bank transfer to the indicated bank account of the company.
  2. If you need to send the part back abroad, a prepayment is required Polish.
  3. The prices of services given on the website or during telephone consultations are indicative prices.
  4. Detailed repair costs are always presented after the diagnosis of parts.
  5. In special cases, the Company may request an advance payment for the performance of the service.

Guarantees

  1. The company provides a guarantee for the service or equipment provided.
  2. The company does not provide any warranty for the uploaded new software.
  3. The warranty period depends on the type of service.
  4. The warranty will be forfeited when:
    1. – warranty seals are violated
    2. – the part will be attached to the car with a faulty electrical installation or damaged components with which it cooperates
    3. – after opening the part, damage from a short circuit will be found
    4. – part will be flooded
  5. The warranty on hydraulic parts will be lost when:
    1. – the part will be mounted on a dirty hydraulic system
    2. – mechanical damage to the part is found;
    3. – part corrodes due to chemical or weather conditions
    4. – there is damage to the electric motor due to a fault in the controller
  1. The Service is not responsible for the customer’s losses caused by downtime resulting from repairs or repairs under warranty.
  2. The service is not responsible and does not reimburse the costs for assembly/disassembly of parts and for shipping costs.

Shipping & Returns

  1. Pay special attention to the part sent to us so that it is properly packed.
  2. Never send unscrewed or incomplete parts
  3. The number of the ordered service must be attached to the inside of the package.
  4. The Contractor has the right to request personal collection of the part in the event of a high risk of damage to the part during transport.
  5. The company has the right to dispose of part of the client if he refuses to pay for the services rendered or contact is broken for a period of more than 3 months.
  6. The cost of returning the equipment to the customer is always on the client’s side.
  7. If the recipient does not collect the parcel after returning the package to the service, the customer bears the shipping cost each time the package is returned.
  8. The Contractor is not responsible for losses or damages resulting from the transport or shipment of equipment.

Complaints

  1. Under the guarantee, the Service Recipient has the right to file a complaint about the service or product provided, provided that the vehicle in which the part is mounted has been thoroughly checked for defects.
  2. In order to consider each complaint, the customer is obliged to send the part back to the service for verification and enabling its consideration and legitimacy.
  3. The time of considering the complaint and for possible repair or replacement of equipment is 30 days from the moment of delivery of the part to the company’s headquarters.
  4. The service has the right to first eliminate the defect or replace the equipment with one free from defects.
  5. In the case of reimbursement of repair costs, it takes place within 14 days of delivery of relevant documents to the company’s headquarters, i.e.:
    1. – refund form
    2. – original receipt
    3. – signed invoice correction
  1. The refund is always made for the amount for the service or part of it and does not include the cost of courier shipments, assembly / disassembly of parts, etc.
  2. In the case of sending back for complaints of efficient equipment, the customer bears the costs of the tests performed.
  3. In the event of a request for repair and then withdrawal from the contract during the repair, the Service Provider is obliged to pay for the services provided by the entrepreneur until the withdrawal from the contract. The amount of payment is then calculated in proportion to the scope of the service provided by the company, taking into account the price agreed in the contract.
  4. In accordance with Article 38 of the Consumer Rights, the service does not accept the return of the controller programmed in accordance with the customer’s specification only for a given vehicle.
  5. The time to return purchased products is 14 days from the date of purchase.

Final provisions

  1. In matters not covered by these Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code as well as other generally applicable provisions shall apply.
  2. These regulations constitute an integral part of the concluded contracts.
  3. These regulations are valid from 26.07.2022.
